Porton and Old Sarum Surgery is open for pre booked face to face appointments and collection of medication, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.
Please note that we require all patients collecting prescriptions containing Controlled Drugs to provide photographic identification upon collection.
Repeat prescription requests may be dropped into the letter box if already written, alternatively please email your prescription request to prescriptions.3chequers@nhs.net.

Porton and Old Sarum Surgery have a full dispensary for all prescriptions and all patients resident in the villages are asked to please use our dispensary whenever possible for prescription items.
Full access for all disabled facilities.

Dispensing
We can dispense repeat medication from these premises but are only permitted to provide this service to patients who live in a specified geographical area which includes the villages of: Winterbourne Dauntsey, Winterbourne Earls, Winterbourne Gunner, Hurdcott, Porton, East Gomeldon, West Gomeldon, Figsbury, Firsdown, Pitton, Winterslow, Farley, East Grimstead and West Grimstead, Alderbury / Whaddon, Coombe Bissett, Bodenham & Homington, Nunton, Odstock Village, Woodford Valley, Salteron and Netton.
